Rubber rolls lay as one continuous surface with very few seams. Versaflor supplies rolls 1 to 1.25 m wide, 5 to 30 m long and 3 to 12 mm thick, for cardio areas, studios and large open floors across Southeast Asia.

Which one fits your floor

Rubber rolls

Best for large areas, cardio and machine zones, studios and walkways. Fewer seams and quick to cover big floors.

Rubber tiles

Best for free weights and drop zones. Much thicker, up to 100 mm, and one damaged tile is easy to replace.

Many gyms use both: rolls across the main floor and thick tiles in the weights area. See the rubber tile guide.

All black rubber roll

All-black SBR granules. A densified version is available for high-wear areas.

Mix colours rubber roll

Mixed EPDM colour granules for a warm, terrazzo-like surface.

Pure colour EPDM roll

Single-colour EPDM granules. Width 1 m (fixed).

B-07 / 08 / 10 / 11

Colour dots rubber rolls

Black SBR + 10% / 20% / 50% / 70% EPDM colour dots.

Double-layer composited roll

EPDM rubber roll surface + SBR rubber roll base (total ≤1.5 cm). Also supports PVC surface compounding, e.g. wood-colour PVC surface + rubber roll, 900×900 mm, 7 mm (3 mm PVC + 4 mm rubber) for basketball courts and pilates halls.

Questions buyers ask

Which thickness should I choose?

For gyms we recommend 6 mm or more. Thinner rolls, 3 to 4 mm, suit underlay and light-use areas. Thicker rolls, 8 to 12 mm, give more protection where weights are used.

Can rolls be cut to fit the room?

Yes. Rolls are cut on site to fit the room, then glued down for a permanent floor.

How long does delivery take?

Typical lead time is 4 to 8 weeks from order, depending on quantity and destination. We confirm the timeline in your quote.

Can I see a sample before I order?

Yes. Physical samples can be couriered to you before you order.
